Hi! I would like to ask for some help. I want to create the interferometry using the S-1 images. Before creating the coregistration I want to cut out my study area using a shapefile. Is this possible? I am also having an overlap problem. My study area shapefile does not overlap with the S-1 image. I used the same projection and they are overlapping in other GIS software. Thank you!
Instead of clipping, you can directly select single swath and bursts in the S1 TOPS Coregistraton module. This will stack your image pair at a chosen location only.
