I am using Windows 11 64-bit, and my SNAP version is 11.00. When I open the images from the L2 product on 2014/09/01, I encounter this problem.

java.lang.illegalStateException:java.lang.illegalStateException:GDAL NOT initialised!Check log for details

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Additionally, I do not receive this error on another computer.

i think the problem is solved by deleting .snap\auxdata
