Hi, by downlading any products via SNAP Desktop I’m getting after a few minutes the above-mentioned message. The progess download bar is not reaching more than 5%. It appears to be a connection issue. Do you know what causes this issue?
You are using the Product Library to download the datafrom the SciHub, right?
Have you tried to download via web? Maybe SciHub had an issue?

Hi Marco, I downloaded the SNAP installation file from this site: https://step.esa.int/main/download/snap-download/
I have not yet tested the Copernicus Open Access Hub.
