KML export from StaMPS shows different result

Hello everyone…i was doing psinsar using StaMPS -MATLAB…
can anyone help me to understand why the kml export from matlab (ps gescatter(‘project velo.kml’,ph disp,10,0.4) shows just opposite result in Google Earth…
