Leanest Visual C++ for installing Snappy?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any ideas of the leanest way to install jpy so I can use snappy on my Win10 computer? I’m trying to install and I get the following message:

building ‘jpy’ extension
error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with “Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools”: http://landinghub.visualstudio.com/visual-cpp-build-tools

The link doesn’t work, and I don’t really want to install the full Visual Studio IDE, because that takes up too much space on my hard drive. I tried installing the C++ runtime redistributable, but I think since it’s only a runtime, that doesn’t fulfill the requirements. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this, or do I have to just deal with installing the full Visual Studio software?

The Windows SDK should work, too. That’s said in the readme of the jpy repository.
But this takes also 4 GB of disk space.

Thanks, I had seen that but figured it would be large as well. Guess I’ll just have to choose one of those options.
