Long Term Access (LTA) problem when downloading Sentinel-2 product

The restoration of the Sentinel-2 OFFLINE product S2A_MSIL1C_20180418T104021_N0206_R008_T31TEF_20180418T125356 was triggered 2 days ago and the status of the order is set to FAILED. I’ve tried to trigger again the product restoration but the status remains as failed and the product is never restored. What is possible to do to perform an effective product restoration?

That product can be readily downloaded at no cost from CreoDias as long as you register and login.
