LS8 Subset

I work with landsat 8 data. When I first open a LS8 image snap tells me it has raster of different sizes and not everything will work with it. This because it has a panchromatic band. I now want to go to subset to select only the r,g,b,nir bands but again I get the same error. How can I subset the bands?

And worse if I select not to show that message again then when I try subset nothing happens.

How do I create a ndvi for LS8?

I see. I need to go to import landsat landsat 30m to get only the 30m bands. Now ndvi is ok. Still the error with subset could be improved. thanks.
