Manual coregistration of SAR images

Hi,

I’m not sure whether the feature I’m looking for is implemented in SNAP (in the Sentinel-1 Toolbox to be more precise), as I couldn’t find it in the Help where the only coregistration they speak about is the one done automatically using the Cross-Correlation operator.

Is a manual coregistration of two or multiple SAR images implemented in s1tbx (by manual I mean using many Ground Control Points 'GCPs` that were set manually to key locations on the image)?

No, it is automatic through the kind of window to find out highly correlated points in the slave image and register/resample into the master image. It is convennient.
But the problem is which take so loong time to process, about 6hrs to done. Why?
