I have generated MCSM decomposed images after generating the T3 matrix from PolSARPro using my Quadpol dataset. I have converted the DN values from linear scale to decibels. The volume scattering image gives black pixels in almost all parts of the image except some regions. I doubts that this is because of removal of negative values. But this issue is not seen in surface scattering result. Please help me to overcome this issue.
I am trying to implement the MCMS decomposition technique in python. I am getting negative values in all the scattering images. How to address this problem.
