MERCI login - unsupported request

Hi everyone,

I am having troubles with opening the login page of the MERCI platform (for downloading MERIS FRS products).
This is the link from which I usually open the login page:
https://merisfrs-merci-ds.eo.esa.int/merci/welcome.do

Once I click on “login with EO-SSO” I see following message on the next page:
“EO SSO - Unsupported Request, The application you have accessed is not registered for use with this service.”

Does anyone know what could be the problem? It can’t be my account since I can’t even open the login page.

I forgot to say, that this occurred since the beginning of this year (2020)
