I am new to SNAP, this is my first attemp to use it.
I am trying to download Sentinel 2 images through SENET plugin and get this message “The request has not been applied because it lacks valid authentication credentials for the target resource”… however I have access to Copernicus Open Acces Hub with my credentials (https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/#/home), I have my profile. Someone could help me to understand where is the problem?

Did you input your credentials into SNAP (in options)?

You can find them under General / Product Library.
