Missing dependancy while build the project

Could not resolve dependencies for project org.jlinda:jlinda-core:nbm:7.0.0-SNAPSHOT
also I checked on maven repo, but i didn’t found jlinda

I cloned the project:
git clone https://github.com/senbox-org/s1tbx.git
then mvn clean install
