There might be an issue with the Discourse installation:
The [en.solved.accepted_notification] looks like a message identifier that the forum can’t load. Perhaps some of the files weren’t updated correctly?

I think we need to wait for the next update of the forum software.
The last one caused some issues.
Or can we do something about it, @oana_hogoiu?
This is fixed for me.
