how can i apply them in SNAP?

you find them by right-clicking on a raster band and selecting “Filtered Band”
The Morphological filters are there:
But please be aware that any filter product is computed on the fly. You will see if you zoom in, the image is generated subsequently. If you want to use it permanently, right-click and select “Convert band”, then apply it by “File > Save Product”
