You should not need to run processing tools using “sudo”. Use of “sudo” should be limited to system administration: a) many processing tools have never undergone a security review and may be exploitable, b) many distros limit “root” privileges, environments, etc. to combat exploits, and c) you can end up with users files owned by root and giving permission denied errors.
Please review the command-line parameters for mt_prep_snap. This No such file or directory post may similar to your issue.
