Nan data turn value while using statistics (How to view statistic for selected area)

I tried to calculate SST statistics for selected area but while I have checked even no data value are having stat report.
My steps are

clicked statistic tool- choose AOI-geometry-used rectangular tool-refreshed stat box.

I don’t know whether correct, but I need statistic for selected area. kindly anyone solve my issue.

This actually looks like a bug.
The data seems to be marked as no-data/invalid either by a no-data value or by a valid-pixel expression.
