Newbie-error trying to open product in SNAP

I just installed SNAP and Sentinel SAT 1 on Windows 10.
I looked at some of the tutorials and manuals.
My problem is when I attempt to ‘Open Product’ or select Import, etc. I receive a message:
"The drive or network connection that the shortcut ‘RFP - shortcut.Lnk’ refers is unavailable. Make sure the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available…"I
I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

is that a shortcut on your desktop or in your user\documents folder?
I think this is hardware specific and related to this: 6.0 worked fine, 7.0 doesn't

Thanks ABraun!!! That was it. I had a bad shortcut on my Desktop. I now works properly.
I previously searched my computer for the file named ‘RFP - shortcut’ but it did not locate the file.
