Dear friends,
I have SNAP Desktop version 5.0, and I am currently using windows 10 64bit so I install 64 bit for SNAP. But I have Error for opening of the product which I download from Esa website https://scihub.copernicus.eu/dhus/. For 20151206 the format of product S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC, 20151216, and 20151216 cant and on 2016 the format S2A_OPER_MSI_L1C_TL_SGS all have error opening product. Beside I open All Files I try to open only Sentinel-2 with xml format it is still cant open the product. Please any suggestion of this problem?
I figure it myself. I copy name of the xml for opening the product because if I just click the xml directly on All Files the name is not match from the xml file,it change itself to SO~1.XML. I dont why it happens like this.
