No data from subset

Dear all,

when I apply Raster->Subset to the following S2A product:
S2A_OPER_MTD_SAFL1C_PDMC_20151202T224345_R008_V20151130T105641_20151130T105641

and select for instance only B2, then the pixels of the subset are NaN? If open B2 in the original product I get the image correctly.

Does anyone know the reason? Could it be due to the type of product as it happens here Problem with subset from view?

Edited: I tried again and it worked correctly, the only changes I made were:

  • Put the image folder in the root of a disk to avoid problems with long paths
  • Wait some time until the image is loaded on the visualization screen

Putting the image folder at the root of the disk should have no consequence as long path are supported by the S2 reader so I don’t know what went wrong the first time.
