after the fine working installation. i tried to use sen2cor, but an error “no module named glymur” appears !
What does it mean and how can i fix it ?
Error appears at every Resolution.
Sen2cor-version: 2.1.1; S2Tbx3

I had the same issue and I solved it by changing the directory path of python in sen2cor by going to:
Manage external tools -> sen2cor -> edit -> system variables -> and then change the python.exe to the c:\users\[yourname]\Anaconda[version number]\python.exe
Maybe this works for you too!
