Not able to load NOVASAR data in SNAP tool

Dear All,

I am facing a problem with SNAP tool when I was trying to load NOVASAR data, even though I was using the option available in File —>> Import —>> SAR Sensors —>>> NOVASAR option toload the NOVASAR tiff file.

I am getting the following error “SNAP Error: Failed to open Image view”, java.lang.Index OutOfBounds Exception: pos < flushed pos !

Any help in solving this will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

could you reproduce the error and attach the log file, please?

You can find it by selecting from the menu Help / Show Log Directory. Make sure to reproduce the error first and then attach the messages.log file.

Attached is the screen shot and log file corresponding to the error.

Please suggest any solution to overcome this.

Hi,

first I have to say I’m not a Dr. Unfortunately.

I can open the NovaSar data I have for testing with any problem.

Can you provide me an example of your data?
I’ll send you a separate message with the upload location.
