Recently installed “SNAP” toolbox with sentinel 1, 2 and 3, but can not find the tools for batch processing mode: GPT and PCONVERT (which exist in VISAT BEAM 4 and 5). Could you tell me how to incorporate these tools?

Actually they are still there. They are located in the bin folder of the installation directory. There is also a snap64.exe (on Windows) which is the launcher for SNAP.
Both are now exe files on windows and not anymore batch files, maybe this caused the confusion.
