I am able to see a NOVASAR product reader plugin in the SNAP https://step.esa.int/main/snap-community-plugins/plugins but when I launch SNAP 8.0 plugins and check for plugins under tools it does not show any plugin as such .Kindly help

For being able to see this plugin in SNAP, go to Tools → Plugins → Settings and check “SNAP Community Plugins” from the available update centers.
Then from Tools → Plugins → Available Plugins → Check for Newest.
