The Novasar plugin seems to be missing as a plugin the current snap 11 plugins directory (it exists until SNAP9). On the github page (GitHub - bcdev/snap-novasar-reader: Reader of NovaSAR data products for SNAP) there seems to be already work from @lveci to have the code updated to work in snap 11.
I guess I would have to to build the plugin myself, but that seems to be not working out of the box in windows.
Has anyone already already build the plugin for SNAP11 or did I miss anything here?
Any help is appreciated.

Please update the URL of the snap-repo-public repository to https://nexus.snap-ci.ovh/repository/snap-maven-public/

By the way I saw the changes in Github are now merged into bcdev:11.0 so I guess there is progress on the issue that seems theoretically already solved. 
In the meantime, the URL has been updated by the team.
The NovaSAR plugin is now available for SNAP 11:
