I’ve got some ERS datas from ESA with .N1 format. I try to import it to SNAP, but it doesn’t happen anything. S1 toolbox says the following. How can I solve the problem?

I think this is one of the formats which is not supported. It is level zero, right?
However, it seems that you still use a pretty old version of S1 Toolbox.
I would suggest that you update to the latest. Even if updating will not fix the problem.
