After several reinstallations (Anaconda+sen2cor) I’m now stuck with an error described here:

HDF5 library version mismatched error

after a complete reinstallation i encounter the same problem. For me it’s Headers are 1.8.15, library is 1.8.17 Is there any known solution? What’s the correct LD_LIBRARY_PATH and how do I set it? How do I avoid the problem in a fresh installation? Windows10 Anaconda 4.1.1. sen2cor 2.2.1 @umwilm
