I’m not able to extract pixels from S2 images. I have done it before and it worked correctly. Now with new versions of SNAP and Windows 10 it will not create the file with extracted pixels. It does not give any errors and says that pixel extraction tool has run successfully, but in real no files will be created. Any ideas what might be wrong? Thank you in advance!

Probably, it is because the Pixel Extraction does not support multisize product. Please, could you try to resampling the S2 product before extracting the pixels? In any case, SNAP should inform about this limitation when executing the pixel extraction, I will create an issue.
