Can you add a pixel extraction operator to the graph builder for batch processing? This would be very helpful for large datasets
Hello alligumo,
a pixel extraction tool is already available in SNAP. You can find it in the menu at Raster / Export / Extract Pixel Values. It is not available in the Graph Builder due to its more complex configuration which is not supported by the Graph Builder.
However, you can use it for batch processing on the command line.
Type gpt pixex -h to get help information.
But you can also process a batch of products from the UI. Many input products can be provided to the tool.
