Hi
I have installed all the packages required for polSARpro, but when running PolSARpro_v6.0.3_Biomass_Edition_Win64_20210501.exe I get the error “couldn’t initialize com, error 0”.
Could anybody help me, please?

This error often occurs with corrupt downloads. My former work used a firewall that blocked some sites and would replace the file you tried to download with an html document that was much smaller than most downloads. Some sites put the blocked file in quarantine where you can ask your IT group to release it from jail. Your IT group may be able to bypass the firewall and provide the file.
