PolSARpro v6.0 (Biomass edition)

I downloaded the above software plus the other supporting software that comes with. After installing it in windows 8 OS whenever I want to Launch the program I am getting a prompt message from the supporting software(GIMP V2.10) flashes the following message…Opening ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\PolSARpro_v6.0_Biomass_Edition\PolSARpro_v6.0_Biomass_Edition.tcl’ failed: Unknown file type.What could be the problem and how to solve it? Regards
