I am currently working in ENVI, because I want to run the SAR Flood mapping tool in SARScape Analytics Engine. I have no SARScape toolbox, however (it was not bought for this license) and so I’m doing preprocessing in SNAP.
I just realized that after doing any correction (AOB, S1 TOPS etc) the result is polarized bands and the manifest.safe file disappears, which I need to run the flood mapping tool.
Is the manifest.safe file conserved during preprocessing in ENVI? Or is there no preprocessing allowed before running any tool that needs a manifest.safe file?
