Dear everyone,
I used SNAP to calculate PCA. It works well. In metadata, there is “basic vectors” which seem to be the eigenvectors of the principal components. I need to determine the percent variance for component1, component2,…component n (to determine percent of explained variance for each component). So, it would be great if you can tell me where are the eigenvalues or how to calculate it?
