Problem processing tile from Command Line

Hi,

I’m processing S2 images, when I process one full image I don’t have any problem with sen2cor using this command and the process finishes well and the image is corrected.

L2A_Process --resolution 10 C:/S2_P16/S2A_OPER_PRD_MSIL1C_PDMC_20160501T121624_R037_V20160430T112639_20160430T112639.SAFE

But if I process a new tile from last month (March), I need to rename the folder for use in command line and here appear the problem. The aplication starts but not continue with the process (image below). The original name for this tile was S2A_MSIL1C_20170319T113311_N0204_R080_T29TPH_20170319T113813.SAFE.

Does anybody have an idea?

Hi,

I think you are using the version 2.2.1 of sen2cor and the new format is supported since version 2.3.0. If you install the latest version it should work properly.

I just solved the problem unistalling and cleaning the old sen2cor version files and installing the new version.
