Problem trying to open sentinel data

Hi,
I’m running the latest version of Snap 10.0.0 on Windows 11 Pro and I cannot open Sentinel 1 and Sentinel 2 data. I have used used previous version of Snap. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled, same problem. I can open processed data saved as BEAM-DIMAP but not original data downloaded from Copernicus.

I get the following “unexpected exception”:

Dear @martscha,

Please close SNAP, delete the gdal folder located under C:\Users\[user]\.snap\auxdata, then restart SNAP and try to open a product.

I did so, it didn’t work and I get the following error:

Hi.
I’m beginner user of SNAP and Sentinel data. There is no problem with opening SLC product in SNAP 10. But when I try open GRD product the following error appearing: “could not initialize class org.ese.snap.dataio.gdal.reader.GDALProductReader”. I deleted gdal folder and restarted SNAP, but the new error appeared: “java.lang.ExceptionInitializerError”. Can you help what am I missing here?

Could you provide some information about your OS and also attach the flog file
generated after reproducing the error?
Thank you!
