I am unable to update SNAP on either Linux (7.0) or Windows (6.0). Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Some parts of the STEP site are quite fast, but anything that seems to involve a download is running quite slow.

Unfortunately, there is a heavy network traffic on the server, for watermasks data, since yesterday evening.
We tried restarting the web container, but the requests reappeared…
Can we blacklist the IP which is doing the requests?
First, I sent them a kindly notice… If nothing changes, we will blacklist the IP.
