Dear All,
I am experiencing some troubles to calculate an depth invarian index with Sen2Coral. I followed step by step the RUS Copernicus Training tutorial “Coral reef monitoring with Sen2Coral” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZfwUwWO3xM).
When I execute the tool I get a saturated plain image with almost all the pixel values at 0.
I carried out the processing pipeline with 4 different S2 L2A images, subsets, etc. and I always obtain the same saturated image.
I would appreciate any help.
