Problem when trying to mosaic with error message

Hi all,

When trying to mosaic two corrected images, I keep getting this error

Pretty new to this so would appreciate your help

can you please close SNAP and put the S2A folder in a shorter directory, e.g. C:\S2\ ?
Sometimes, problems arise with long path names.

But you are able to import the corrected products into SNAP and display them, for example as RGB true color images?

No problem whatsoever. Just when I try to add bands to mosaic.

If you encounter again these errors, please provide a snippet from your log file.
It’s the most recent messages.log file located in the directory indicated in Help -> Show Log Directory.
