Problem with Back Geocoding of TOPs files for a linux system

Dear colleagues,
I can not make Coregistration of TOPs files on my Linux-based computer (Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, Memory - 16Gb, I worked as admin) due to problems arising at Back Geocoding.

the source files are:
S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20170703T043455_20170703T043523_017302_01CE28_CD82.zip

S1A_IW_SLC__1SDV_20170621T043455_20170621T043523_017127_01C8DC_A566.zip

I attach also a message.log file with the error info.
Could you help me.
Best wishes
Vladimir

I don’t know if this solves your problem, but I was lucky with the TOPS Coregistration when I extracted the data first.

I’ve tried various ways. For inst. I made coregistration step-by-step way with file writing after each step as it implied by TOPs coregistration chain (Read->Split->ApplyOrbitFile->BackCoregistr.). All steps before BackCoregistr work good.

I want to add an additiona info to the problem. Every time I get an error message: [NodeId: Back-Geocoding] org.jblas.NativeBlas.dgemm(CCIIID[DII[DIID[DII)V

I’m getting the same error too…
When I run it via the command-line, I get some additional information that it can’t find libgfortran3…

I had the same problem on the Linux. Try to install library libgfortran3.

There are anyone, who solved this problem?

I had the same problem in Linux and installing the libgfortran3 library solved it for me.

Hi,

We have the same problem. Would you please write the command-line you used to get additional information? That would help us a lot to overcome the problem.
Thank you in advance
Best regards
