Recently no sentinel 2 Level 2 image is available on scihub from March 14. previously the image was available one or two day after acquisition.
is there any problem? has the process time changesd?
this is not a problem of SNAP.

You don’t need to ask them. They already said that there is an issue in the news. So you just need to be a bit patient till they have fixed it. Which will probably also be announced in the news.
