Problem with recent sentinel 2 level 2

Hi everyone,
Recently no sentinel 2 Level 2 image is available on scihub from March 14. previously the image was available one or two day after acquisition.
is there any problem? has the process time changesd?

Hi,
this is not a problem of SNAP.
In general, you better ask the SciHub support via eosupport@copernicus.esa.int
It might be that someone here has an answer but the chances are better at the Copernicus support.
You are lucky and I can answer it, or actually you can answer it yourself if you look at the news on the
Open Access Hub News Page(copernicus.eu).

You don’t need to ask them. They already said that there is an issue in the news. So you just need to be a bit patient till they have fixed it. Which will probably also be announced in the news.
