I’m trying to collocate S2 and S3 images, using S3 as the master. As the collocation operator does not allow defining a downsampling method, I decided to resample the S2 image to a 300 m resolution (by the mean) before collocating. The result images, however, are showing a lot of missing data. Is there anything wrong with combining these two operators?
Both images were processed with POLYMER (for S2, it was processed with a 20 m resolution).
