Problems with application radiometric normalization

Hello guys! Im new using SNAP software.

Im following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfxKz-J30Hc&t=169s

I have some troubles using the Range Doppler Terrain Correction to obtain the sigma band and merge with S2. Im getting this error with this parameters.

You have not shared enough information to know what the issue could be. Does Range Doppler work without the radiometric normalisation bands? In any case, the newer and therefore recommended method is Radiometric Terrain Flattering. Are you running the latest updated version of SNAP 9?

Hello Mengdahl, Im using a Sentinel 1A GRH Image and SNAP 9.0 Versionb with all toolboxes. Im following this steps:

  1. Apply Orbit file

  2. Speckle filtering .–> Single Product Speckle Filter

  3. Terrain correction → Range Doppler Terrain Collection

And then in getting the same error.

Any idea?

A NullPointerException points always to the developer. Unfortunately :laughing:
Meaning that a certain state has not been considered or an initialisation has been forgotten.

But knowing the exact version would be good to know for the devs.
Have you installed all updates? Check with Help / Check for Updates
