Product Subset Dialog vs Graph Subset issue with Snaphu Export

When I use Subset from Radar > Subset using GUI dialog and proceed with Snaphu Export, It works. But when I subset using Graph Builder , then during Snaphu Export, it throws error as “A org.esa.snap.core.gpf.OperatorException exception has occurred.
Click Show Details or see the messages.log file located in your /home/sagar/.snap/system/var/log folder.”

How to solve this? is Radar > Subset and Graph Builder Subset are two different operations?

Thank you for getting back to me. I figure out the solution. When using xml, the copymetadata option is false by default, if we change it to true then the issue get resolved. I appreciate your help.
