Produit L2A de sentinel

salut tout le monde,
s’il vous plait j’essaye d’ouvrir une image de sentinel2 L2A sur SNAP 5.0 mais je peux pas, la mm chose pour snap 6.0 (sur différents ordinateurs).Or quand j’ouvre un produit de 1C sa marche
…
y’a quelqu’un qui peut m’aider s’il vous plait ??
