Question about band math in SNAP

Hello!
In SNAP (Sentinel Application Platform) I am trying to find the best Band Math for turbidity (total suspended matter) in Sentinel-2A 10m resolution images downloaded from scihub.copernicus.eu.
As I understand, there is no universal Band Math for turbidity. But I do not understand how to find it. I can take water samples and use Photospectrometer in our schools laboratory. I can measure water sample absorbance in a cuvette between range 300-900nm. Is it possible to determine the best Band Math for that specific location turbidity from water samples?

Thank you.
