Before reporting an issue please read the corresponding section in help/tutorials to see that you have understood standard processing.

Make sure you are using the latest version of the SNAP

Check whether the issue has already been discussed by using the search-function

Please report everything needed to recreate the issue, namely:

  • Toolbox version and operating system,
  • amount of RAM Identify the
  • relevant satellite products by giving the full name of the product
  • the exact processing steps needed to recreate the issue

SNAP 3.0 in Windows 64 bit is not stable there are many problems with coregestration of SLC pair images like : 1- error in graph Topsar_split:9 2- Apply orbit file problems when un install it and install SNAP 2.2 there is no problem
