S-1 Back Geocoding stuck at 1%

I’m running 2 images of back geocoding SRTM 3Sec and it is currently stucked at 1%. There is a download bar bellow with SRTM_17_09.zip that repeats itself over and over. I’ve left my computer overnight and its still at 1%. Please send help.

maybe you should try SRTM 1Sec instead and see if the error persists.

It still doesn’t do it, I’ve tried most of the options in the dropdown list. The only thing that happens when I press run, it downloads srtm_17_09.zip as shown in the pane bellow. But it seems it doesn’t end, It just repeats itself for hours.

Have you tried to switch your firewall off temporarily to see if it makes the download so slow?

this is also related to this error: SRTM ZIP-files are corrupted or not found

Please switch to SRTM 1Sec HGT (AutoDownload) and run this step again.

This will be fixed with the next update
