S2 Data Availability

Hi!

hope this is the right forum.

I have this footprint: footprint:“Intersects(POLYGON((46.09813994718872 41.83546636570068,46.892346697043884 41.83546636570068,46.892346697043884 42.193488682238694,46.09813994718872 42.193488682238694,46.09813994718872 41.83546636570068)))” ) AND (platformname:Sentinel-2)

Somehow there hasnt been any new imagery for S2 since the 23 of March. The acquisition plans however tell me something different…

Hope you can help me. Thanks!

Hello Leo

Can you gove me a rough description of your Area Of Interest? Rather than your polygon coordinates?

Cheers

Hi Jan,

The tile is T38TNM and T38TPM. It lies on the Russian, Georgian, Azerbaijan tri-border region.

The results are the same over the Hub as well as the API.

Thanks!

Hi Jan,

any new insights on this?

Thanks

Leo

Hi Leo,

I believe it is an issue in population of the SciHub catalogue. There has been an acquisition over your AOI on the 12th of April, but it hadn’t shown in the SciHub yesterday.

Hi Jan,

okay - what can we do about that?

Leo

Hello Leo,

The population of the data catalogues is not under my remit, I’m afraid. I just deal with the quality of the data within it

It amy be that an email to the Copernicus Helpdesk eosupport@copernicus.esa.int might give more information.

Cheers

Jan

okay, i did that. I’ll keep you posted.
Cheers
