S2A vs S2B Biophysical Processor

I am processing both S2A and S2B data using the biophysical processor in SNAP; however when switching to S2B products, the processor is very slow and I am not certain it is even processing at this point. I am wondering: what are the differences between the S2A and S2B processor? The S2A products work well when running through the processor, and the S2B products work when running through the S2A processor as well, but the S2B parameter is very slow or stalled, and I am wondering why, or what the differences between the S2A and S2B parameter within the biophysical processor are?
