Satellite soil moisture estimation using sentinel 1 and sentinel 2 data in snap toolbox

Hi i’m working on the retrieval of soil moisture using sentinel 1 and sentinel 2 data in snap toolbox.
Can anyone guide me in this like can we directly map soil moisture at 10 m resolution using snap toolbox.

Helps needed regarding these points:

Vegetation parameters calculation
Effect of vegetation cover on soil moisture (how to incorporate vegetation effect)
Technique for the retrieval of soil moisture ( I’m more inclined towards the use of modified water cloud
model for vegetation)
water cloud model calibration
