Hi

Can scanline errors in Landsat 5 image# be corrected in SNAP?

You mean Landsat 7, don’t you?
However, there is no such functionality.

you can define the empty areas as NoData in the valid-pixel expression and mosaic images of different dates which have slight offsets.
